How do I achieve high indoor air quality?
How do I achieve high indoor air quality?
The quality of indoor air can greatly affect our health. But how do you achieve really good indoor air? We present five different filtration processes. Each individual process produces different effects. Some processes eliminate gases, others germs and viruses.
Little spoiler in advance: there is a device that combines all the processes together in a unique way.
The different procedures
Procedure 1: Particulate and HEPA filter (HEPA filter)
The HEPA -13 filter filters 99.95% to 99.97% of all particles and bacteria up to a size of about 0.1 micrometers. This means that out of 10,000 incoming particles of this size, only 3 will pass through the filter. The good news is that Covid-19 viruses and many other pathogens are thus removed from the air. The unique HEPA filter provides an optimal basis for the best indoor air quality. Another advantage of the HEPA-13 filter is its durability. The longevity comes about due to the high quality materials and excellent workmanship. One disadvantage: many gases and nanoparticles cannot be captured with this pleated filter
Procedure 2:Activated carbon filter - removes gases and odors from the air
The main feature of the activated carbon filter is its countless tiny chambers. These are located on the surface of the activated carbon filter. With this filtering method, odors as well as nitrogen oxides or nitrogen dioxides have no chance. The small chambers trap both odors and nitrogen dioxides and other gaseous mixtures (VOC) from the room air. This results in extensive odor neutralization. Volatile organic compounds are bound and removed from the room air. The activated carbon filter stands for a noticeable improvement in room air quality, because the air smells significantly more pleasant. The activated carbon filter can also be used optimally in children's rooms or living rooms.
Procedure 3:Thermal sterilization - increase room air quality and theperfect sterilization
The thermal sterilization is mainly used to sterilize the room air. During this process, the air is heated to over 200 degrees. The protein shell of germs, bacteria and viruses is destroyed, a further reproduction of these pests is excluded. Organic material has no chance and is destroyed. At the same time, the heat treatment can be used to regulate the temperature in the room. In this way it is kept at a balanced level. This guarantees a reduction of mould spores and fungi. With the thermal sterilization fungi and mold spores have absolutely no chance.
Procedure 4: UV irradiation - the destruction of corona viruses
With UV irradiation, a so-called UV disinfection is in the foreground. The UV disinfection is usually carried out in complex cooperation with a stainless steel filter. The built-in UV lamp destroys both viruses and bacteria. This is done by the targeted destruction of the genetic material of the pest. This procedure is also called inactivation of viruses and bacteria. The process of UV irradiation offers a very high level of protection against Corona, as it focuses on inactivation also on the destruction of Corona viruses. Important: Many UV lamps produce harmful ozone. It is essential to make sure that the artificial UV light does not produce ozone.
Procedure 5: Ionization - VO2 Max and oxygen uptake increase are the focus here
In plasma ionization, the focus is on filtering tiny, resistant nano particles. To successfully filter these nanoparticles from indoor air, they are electrically charged. Some of these nanoparticles then have a negative landing, while others have a positive landing. Due to the different electrical charges, the particles connect with each other. The connections create small clumps. A majority of these particle clumps settle to the bottom, and the remaining accumulations can later be filtered through the filtration processes.
Through the ionization, the room air is given a biological protective film. The biological protective film can contribute very well to the promotion of health. It also strengthens and supports the ability of oxygen absorption. Air ionization has a number of advantages. On the one hand, it causes a reduction of aerosols in the room air, and on the other hand, it can improve regeneration and oxygen absorption, while also increasing concentration.
Only Biow combines all filtration processes
Biow is the only device on the market that combines all these filtration systems. The special arrangement of these filtration processes is the basis of the patented WSN10 technology. This can ensure extensive and lasting protection against harmful viruses, bacteria or particles permanently. Biow is therefore also the most thorough air purifier on the international market. The air purifier can be used in living rooms as well as in the bedroom. It is almost noiseless and inspires with the best indoor air quality. The air purifier with ionization is perfect especially for this time. The all-in-one air purifier with the built-in UV radiation offers the perfect Corona protection for your indoor air. Biow is the optimal solution against viruses and bacteria.
