Quick start guide for Biow devices

Starting up a Biow nanoparticle filter is child's play. Thanks to the auto mode, you can enjoy healthy air in your home very quickly. Sensors and measuring devices inside the cell regeneration device automatically detect the optimal control. Setup takes just three steps: set up, turn on, breathe easy.
1. Remove your Biow device from the shipping box. Place it in the desired room at a medium height (ideally between 80cm and 1.30m). In the bedroom, Biow should be placed at about sleeping height, for example on a dresser. Alternatively, the unit can be wall mounted (see mounting examples below) or mounted on the mobile stand. The latter has the added benefit of allowing the device to be moved flexibly from room to room - for example, in the living room or kitchen during the day and in the bedroom at night.

2. Turn on your Biow device using the included remote control. Set the mode to 'Auto' (usually one press on 'Mode' at the top right of the remote control is all it takes). The unit will now automatically provide optimum conditions. In addition, certain functions such as ionisation and thermal sterilisation can be switched on and off. As an alternative to AUTO mode, you can adjust the operation of the device to your preferences in the mobile app for iOS and Android. However, we only recommend this to people who are well versed in the individual functions. If you wish, we will be happy to advise you on how to use the functions and Biow devices. Normally, however, this is not necessary, the Auto mode is the most efficient mode.

3. Now all you need to do is spend a lot of time in the Biow environment. Except for breathing and enjoying the healthy air, you don't have to do anything else. At night, air that has been cleared of pests provides a deep, restful sleep. During the day, the same effect ensures increased concentration and performance, for example when Biow is placed in an office / home office. The ion-enriched air also promotes increased oxygen intake, which increases both mental performance and physical fitness.

Disorders of sleeping through the night should not be treated directly with medication right from the start. It makes sense to first approach the cause of the problem. If you know a diagnosis or know what the problems with sleeping through are due to, you should first try to treat the problem with alternative medicine. Here, for example, we are talking about herbal medicines such as valerian, melissa, St. John's wort or lavender. Another alternative is a ionizer to name for the bedroom. This cleans and improves the air sustainably and ensures that the body can rest better. Both options are non-toxic and should be considered before prescribing sleeping pills.

The frequency and above all the duration plays a role in a sleeping disorder. Not everyone who wakes up more often during the night has a problem sleeping through the night. This only comes into effect if you wake up regularly during the night and lie awake for several hours or cannot fall asleep. However, if you feel that you are not getting enough sleep at night, you should consult your family doctor. In a sleep laboratory, your sleep behavior can be measured and assessed. Here it is important not to panic immediately, because even if you receive this diagnosis, you can proactively treat your difficulty sleeping through the night.
